WHAT IS PAKALOA CARE+ ACCESS?
Pakaloa Care+ Access is an Accidental Damage Protection for inflatable paddle boards (not limited to Pakaloa SUP’s).
IS IT DIFFERENT THAN THE CLASSIC PAKALOA CARE+?
Its the Same Protection as the classic Pakaloa Care+ but allow you to protect inflatable paddle boards from all SUP brands. A little fee applies in the first month and a check from the fraud team is due before to validate the order from us.
If we have to send to you a new inflatable paddle board after accidental damage, on the other hand, we send you a Pakaloa paddle board, we offer the same services but we do not send SUP of other brands. You will receive a new Pakaloa paddle board with a lifetime warranty, free shipping, etc … as usual from us 😉
WHAT IS COVERED?
If the paddle board suffers Accidental Damage, we will repair it at no cost (including the parts and labor cost of repairing, and the logistics charges) or, at our choice, replace it with an identical/or better unit, during the Period agreed, whilst the inflatable paddle board is within the Geographical Limits, subject to the conditions and exclusions set out in terms.
ARE THERE ANY HIDDEN CHARGES?
No, you choose the frequency of your subscription to the Pakaloa Care+ Access protection (monthly, yearly, every 3 years) and there are no more fees if you have accidental damage to your board.
IS THERE A TIME LIMIT?
No, as long as you keep your subscription, your Pakaloa Care+ Access protection protects you from SUP accidental damage. The Pakaloa Care+ is available for paddle board rental businesses.
