WHAT IS PAKALOA CARE+ ?
Pakaloa Care+ is an Accidental Damage Protection for your Pakaloa inflatable paddle board.
WHAT IS COVERED?
If the Paddleboard suffers Accidental Damage, we will repair it at no cost (including the parts and labour cost of repairing, and the logistics charges) or, at our choice, replace it with an identical/or better unit, during the Period agreed, whilst the Paddleboard is within the Geographical Limits, subject to the conditions and exclusions set out in terms.
ARE THERE ANY HIDDEN CHARGES?
No, you choose the frequency of your subscription to the Pakaloa Care+ protection (monthly, yearly, every 3 years) and there is no more fees if you have an accidental damage to your board.
IS THERE A TIME LIMIT?
No, as long as you keep your subscription, your Pakaloa Care+ protection protects you from SUP accidental damage.

WHEN DO I ORDER PAKALOA CARE+?
You need to order your Pakaloa Care+ protection when you order your Pakaloa inflatable paddle board.
CAN I EXTEND IT?
You can extend your Pakaloa Care+ Protection but you need to do so before it’s expired from your account area. We send reminder emails to you to avoid expiration.
CAN I ORDER PAKALOA CARE+ LATER?
If you forget to renew your subscription or if you did not order it at the same time as the purchase of your Pakaloa inflatable paddle board, you will be able to take out a new subscription.
This new subscription is available for everyone and is validated after control by the anti-fraud team. Additional fees are applied the first month. This product is called the Pakaloa Care+ Stand-Alone.
CAN I ORDER THE PAKALOA CARE+ PROTECTION FOR A OTHER PADDLE BOARD BRAND?
YES, Now you can!
Pakaloa Care+ is also available for other brands’ inflatable paddle boards, this is Pakaloa Care+ Access.
If we have to send to you a new inflatable paddle board after an accidental damage, on the other hand we send you a Pakaloa paddle board, we offer the same services but we do not send SUP of other brands. You will receive a new Pakaloa paddle board with lifetime warranty, free shipping, etc … as usual from us 😉
